All products produced by Multi Holsters are made to order. By accepting delivery of Multi Holsters products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
DO NOT store your Multi Holsters KYDEX®™ products in temperatures exceeding 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
DO NOT keep your holster in a hot car where temperatures tend to become very high and can cause the holster to lose retention abilities.
Your Multi Holsters KYDEX®™ holster can be cleaned by simply rinsing with lukewarm water. Use a mild soap if necessary. Air dry or use compressed air. KYDEX®™ does not absorb and/or retain moisture.
Warranty
Multi Holsters KYDEX®™ holsters are made by hand using only quality parts that are Made In America. Our eyelets and Chicago Screws are stainless Steel with black oxide coating. We use the best KYDEX®™ 100 to ensure a quality lifetime of use.
We stand behind our products and will repair or replace any holster that breaks from “normal wear and tear” from one [1] year of ship date. During the first 30 days we guarantee 100% of the replacement costs, after 30 days we will grant the purchaser 50% of the replacement cost. This warranty is void if the holster has not been used according to the Terms of Use or has been altered. Normal finish wear on the eyelets and screws is to be expected. We reserve the right to deny any replacement if the holster shows signs of blatant abuse. To receive a replacement holster, contact us via e-mail at multiholsters@yahoo.com or fill out our Contact Form. We will reply and let you know if the defective holster needs to be returned or if we will just ship a replacement. Legal Notice
You are responsible for the safe and responsible handling of your firearms and their accessories. Always observe the basic rules of firearms safety. Always check the fit of any firearm in a holster with an unloaded weapon. DO NOT use a holster if there is any contact with, or movement of, the trigger during the holstering or unholstering process. Extra caution should be shown with holsters that utilize a light tunnel that may allow items to enter the trigger guard area.
By purchasing a Multi Holsters, LLC product, you acknowledge that firearms are inherently dangerous and affirmatively release Multi Holsters, LLC and its agents and employees, from any and all liability for accidents or injuries relating to the use of the product or any firearm.
